Hall of Ash
Allowlist privacy · 白名单隐私说明
What we keep when you apply
- your wallet address;
- your X account's ID and username (or the handle you typed);
- the job and the name you chose, your card's number and code;
- the link to the post you shared;
- the recruit code of the friend whose link you came with, if any;
- when you applied, and the team's decision.
- Why
- Only to review your application, to make your hero in the game with the name and job you chose, and so that one wallet, and one X account connected with X's sign-in, applies only once. A handle you type in is not reserved for you.
- What we never keep
- Your X password or access: X's sign-in tells us your ID and username, and the access is given back at once. Nor your display name, your email or your IP address, and the page sets no cookies. Signing with your wallet is free, sends nothing on chain and moves no funds.
- Your consent
- Your X account and your wallet are linked only when you tick the box on the X step.
- Who sees it
- The Hall of Ash team, in its own admin panel. We never sell it or share it.
- How long
- Until the testnet ends, or until you ask us to delete it: write to the Hall of Ash team (@hallofash on X) from the X account you applied with, and we delete your application.
